RE: Russia-Georgia crisis

What world leader ironically said the following statement today?
"Bullying and intimidation are not acceptable ways to conduct foreign policy in the 21st century."

a) George W. Bush
b) there are no other choices

    Just be thankful that when you disagree with 'Ol Dubya.you have the right to do so. I'm guessing your liberties are considerably less in Mother Russia.
