Dominican sunrise. Stunning. Breathtaking.Speaking of breathtaking, I would be remiss if I neglected to mention the stunning surroundings of Playazul. We arrived at night, so the grounds were visible by the lighting, but the natural area surrounding it was missed. But by Monday morning. we discovered what glorious natural surroundings they are!
Kinda makes you feel a little guilty being on a medical relief trip and staying in such posh surroundings. Maybe we should be sleeping on cots or on the ground. But for all the natural beauty and physical luxury, the tab for our group was $50 (American) a night. Insane.
