It's an interesting "quiz" to take to see where your views line up with the presidential candidates. Some intriguing nonscientific results (to say the least) have been discovered within The House of Gordon:
- Kimberly, a dues-paying member of Friends of Obama, aligned mostly with John Edwards.
- Chris, a solid Edwards boy, aligned mostly with,....wait for it...., Dennis Kucinich. GASP! (To quote Kimberly: "Who knew I was married to SUCH a left-wing liberal?")
- Sam and Maxie, being dogs, are in fact not registered to vote and therefore did not take part in this little assignment.
What are your results? Whatever they are, just VOTE when it comes time for the real thing.

A virtual tie: Dodd and Edwards. I've been wondering if I'm a Richardson man -- guess not!
I was so wanting to match up with Mike Gravel, just so I could say that I wanted the grumpy firebrand to win.
Hey, welcome to the Internets, a series of tubes!
It is my attempt to be the first to comment on every blog you post. I did take the quiz and for better or worse, I am a bit off from the both of you politically. (Although Maxie IM'd me to say he listens to Rush every day when you guys are at work.) If I tell my "match", will you(s) still be my friend?
I'm currently undecided. I've never joined or contributed to either party/candidate. But apparently, Huckabee and Tancredo (tie) are my men...who the "f" is Tancredo??? And {cringe} McCain a close second.
In my defense...the options for Iraq, Immigration and Energy were too narrow for my liking.
Polls suck!

Duke,
beat you by 5 minutes (insert evil laugh).
Personally, my friends are all over the map politically. that was the cool thing about the Pop The Cap beer campaign...it wasn't a conservative or liberal issue, and it united pro-business conservatives with libertarians and hippy socialist types.
Ah, beer...what can't it do.
Why can't we translate the Pop The Cap mindset to other things?
It's too bad we Americans (specificially, the people we elect) can't find common ground on the really important issues and get some things done. It seems big money from both sides gets in the way of what the common person wants. For the most part, we all want to go to the same place, we just differ on how to get there.
Hey, I think we have successfully hijacked this blog! Sweet!
Love,
Duke
Hijack away! We love it! If it motivates some discussion on political affairs, we're all for it.
