Triad for Obama

The Gordons met after work Thursday night at the Guilford County Democratic Headquarters for a "Triad for Obama" meeting. What had initially been expected to be for just 50 people had turned into a 150+ event, virtually standing room only. There was some initial planning to prepare for the national Obama team to come to NC for our May 6th primary (if it's not sown up already by then). Afterward, we broke off into working groups to get ideas started and begin real grassroots efforts to elect the good senator from Illinois. Kimberly joined "Community Outreach" and Chris entered "Fundraising"...so expect a call sometime soon to solicit a donation to "invest in your future" and secure your vote. After all, those who donate are more likely to follow through with voting. So how much can I put you down for?
